Both are involved with the criminal underworld of America, both main characters have had something taken from them
Well if you love a thirst for blood revenge type of anime then they are similar. The main characters have gone through a lot for killing to survive
Both have an eerie noir atmosphere. Lots of death in both, and characters with sad backstories and characters that die due to bad luck.

Both anime explore dark emotions well. 91 Days is a story of revenge, while Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom is an assassin story. Even though the plot is different, both animes have main characters who murder a lot, and the consequences of their killing spree. I loved both animes a lot, and I think that if you like one, you'll definitely enjoy the other!

Conspiracy, malice, homicide, the world they see is such.
Both anime have a sad story. Both have something to do with criminal activities and have the same atomosphere.
