Bakuon!!

Bakuon is a lot like K-On, except with way more fanservice and with motorcycles instead of music. All five club members with speaking roles in each series are the same basic character types (Hane=Yui, Onsa=Ritsu, Rin=Mio, Hijiri=Mugi, and Chisame=Azusa), and Bakuon also shares some similar plot points with K-On, too.
Both involve cute girls doing cute things. The only real difference is that K-On! involves music whilst Bakuon!! revolves around motorcycles.

they're so similar the difference would be motorcycle = music
Similiar feelings, girls share happiness with their friends. Hane (Bakuon) and Yui (K-On) are pretty similiar. Simple minded, both have sister, school themed, club involved. Difference is one is music club and the other is motorcycle club. Both got some good comedy in my opinion, great story and fun to watch.
Both series are very similar in terms of how we watch cute girls do the cute things together throughout their high school lives, with one show focusing on music and the other on motorcycles.
