They are both harems to begin with yet the main character is *only* interested at one girl. Yet there are times in which he takes a second glance at the others. They are also great comedies.

Both main characters are boys that are surrounded by a ton of attractive women. In the series, the main character already has an interest in one of the many girls but due to many problems and hindrances they are negated to reveal they're true feelings.
