This show is kind of a hidden gem. If you like Akari, you will probably like Mio too.
The shows are similar, featuring a Love Polygon but Aishang Ta de Liyou is more mature and actually goes somewhere. The OSTs are well made and production feels high quality. Love isn't straightforward, more like a rollercoaster of emotions.
I recommend watching the Japanese dub.
