Both are fantastic, darker and more mature re-imagined re-adaptations of old works. both are also series that deal with the nature of humanity, and whether robots can achieve that.

Both are set in a future where robots are very similar to humans, in appearence and behaviour. However Casshern Sins is set in a post-apocalyptic future where humans are almost extinct, while Pluto is set in a technologically advanced future where humans coexist with robots. Both are great shows!
