Murders that are conviniently placed right where the lead male can see them, a strange girl following him without making sense on why... if you like one then I'm sure you'll like the other. Denpateki is Chaos Head without the fantasy.
The city has a serial killer but nobody knows how it is. Both Anime have this as their base story line with minor elements to make them different.

Mysterious murders with unknown suspects. Crazy psychopathic girls and a guy whos caught in the middle. If you enjoyed one of the shows, the other is a must watch.

Pseudo-Harem Style with "crazy" girls and a male main character who tries to discover the "truth" about strange events.
The unsuspecting element, the odd gloomy atmosphere, and the mystery the urks around the theme of the anime. Though without the supernatural element present in ChaoS;Head, it still presents it's own unique element to make up for that difference. Overall it's a great anime despite only being an OVA with two episodes.
