Both are somewhat similar in that they both deal with demons and contracts. Kuroshitsuji is much darker than Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai but they do both have their share of comedic moments.
1. Both protagonists are bound together with demonic being through some kind of contract.
2. Both series are funny. (Although The World God Only Knows has a more satirical and exaggerated kind of comedy while Kuroshitsuji focuses more on dark comedy.)
3. Both protagonists (The Butler and Keima) possesses some kind of demonic/god like power.
Note: WGOK focuses more on comedy. Kuroshitsuji has a little bit of everything such as drama, action, shonen ai, etc...
