Both are about bishounen, which is protect by tall, dark-haired and handsome demon. Besides, a lot of magic and similar personalities.
But 'Uragiri' is shounen-ai.
Both series involves the supernatural with elements of action, comedy, and drama.
Both series has a mysterious atmosphere and feeling to it based on fantasy with a story that has drama and emotions.
Both series also has similar characters with a mysterious past.
Dark action supernatural shows with a large cast of bishounen. Has the "master-servant" relationship for the main pair as well as many others. Both are gothic themed as well.
The atmosphere is quite similar.
Though in Uraboku the love-relationships are real, Kuroshitsuji is more like a feeling (an amazing one though, it's my favorite anime & manga!!!). Plus both would be shounen ai (though yes, Kuroshitsuji is [like said] no real shounen ai. Just the feeling of it.)
The mutual atmosphere / feeling results from the will to protect the ones you love.
Luka (and Hotsuma/Sushei) in Uraboku - Sebastian in Kuroshitsuji!
AND the music in both animes is AMAZING ;)

Both being gothic themed stories have spooky atmospheres have broody characters and quite a bit of mystery and suspense to it as well too as well as action too. As well as a dash of bl elements in it too.
