Both are set in the 1900s in European countries. Both of the main characters are seeking revenge on the people who killed their family. Both stories are dark.
Ones british, ones american, around the same time line, similar plot, i guess. Both basically contain an MC wanting revenge on a group of people they need to learn the identities of after loosing their parents on their birthdays.

Both stories are focused around a dark tale of revenge set in a old European setting and in this case, its focused on the main character getting back on the ones responsible behind the deaths of their family members.

Both of these are set around the same time period, they both have main characters that are pretty emotionless because of their past and they seek revenge. Like in 91 days, you can't trust anyone. It seems as if everyone has evil intent and both have a lot of violence and are pretty dark. They both have some funny moments though (especially Kuroshitsuji.)
