Both are intriguing mysteries with characters we don't know too much about, Death Parade does it episodically, Kuroshitsuji does it through the whole series.
Both are focused around a supernatural themed story and punishing the bad people that deserve it and both share Shinigami like beings in it and charming characters in a certain profession as well too.

Black Butler and Death Parade share a few things. They heavily focus on supernatural beings, Death Parade just focuses a little more on what happens to normal humans after death. Decim is similar to a grim reaper, however has a similar personality to Sebastian. Its definitely not as light hearted as Black Butler (I cried a few times personally). At certain points when Black Butler gets darker, they share a more similar vibes. They also play darts that I bet Ciel might enjoy!
