Spoiled brat of a boy has servant help him run things. Except in Soredemo, boy has an older girl to complain to as well.
Both clearly appeal to fujoshi and female viewers.
The main character in both have similar personalities (almost similar look too, a kid) and they have a buttler to help them. The difference would be the story but they have a similar setting and tend to target the same audience.

Both are about boys (Livi and Ciel) who at a young age conquer the world of grown-ups despite being constantly looked down upon for being children. Both have love interests, but in Soredemo, the romance and comedy is central while Kuroshitsuji is much more dark and increasingly focused on Ciel's own revenge instead of his life now.

Equal parts drama and comedy, both Kuroshitsuji and Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii feature a young boy (one far too cold and mature for his age) in a position of power who has to deal with both enemies and allies alike who wish to see him struck down from it. They also feature this boy's relationship with his butler, though this is focused on much more heavily in Kuroshitsuji. Both series contain supernatural elements and a historical setting.
