Ichigo Mashimaro and Non Non Biyori are very similar to each other:
-Both have young girls who like to play and hang out
-Both have a transfer student who is trying to get used to their new home
-The characters are similar
-The humor is similar
I feel that anyone who enjoys Ichigo Mashimaro will most likely enjoy Non Non Biyori as well. Non Non Biyori may be a bit more slow, but they're both hilarious and packed with adorableness.
The daily lives of the characters are similar even the character traits are the same as the two of them, the excitement of the story brought by the right soundtrack / backsound, good opening and ending anisong and always the right atmosphere, how the characters see their worldview and life.

There is some sibling interaction in both anime.
Ichigo Mashimaro's is leaning towards comedy while Non Non Biyori is leaning towards relaxing/feeling good.
