Two Good vs. Evil factioned romcoms with two people from opposite sides falling in love with each other despite all other odds, set in modern day Tokyo.
Main difference is that the genders are reversed in both with as to who is on the good side and who is on the evil side. Also that the good side in Koiseka is a whole group whereas in Mahoaku, the good MC normally works solo.

A sweet love story at first sight between sworn enemies in their position. Both series fit this description. They are also united by the fact that humor is built around the need to keep a relationship a secret, but the characters do not do it well

Both of these series have the "forbidden romance trope" where in both of the main characters are from organizations that oppose each other, yet still being in a relationship.
Katsute Mahou Shoujo to Aku wa Tekitai Shiteita is basically a better looking and more diabolical romance anime with the same tropes. However, MahouAku also has better character design and goes into more in depth on the lives of the main characters and gives more development in their relationships. Katsute Mahou Shoujo to Aku wa Tekitai shiteita is also a tribute to the late manga author Cocoa Fujiwara, and this show was the manga she was publishing
