Both Komi and Akebi want to make friends with all of their interesting and unique cast of classmates The tone and premise of the shows are very similar, often focusing on an individual the MC is trying to befriend, giving you a glimpse into their world and what they're thinking or feeling. If you liked "Komi Can't Communicate"... then you might like "Komi Can Communicate". Both main characters are on a quest to make friends in school, with vastly different means to get there. Komi Shoko has crippling social anxiety, but has Tadano's help in getting through it. Meanwhile, Akebi Komi(chi) has a natural talent in socializing with her schoolmates.
