Both feature extremely introverted main characters who wants to try to get over their social anxiety.
MC has social anxiety of some sort and both series adress the matter in a wholesome way.
Personally I've had a good laugh even when I've rewatched them and it's those kind of shows where you can turn your brain off to while still being something entertaining.
Similarities:
Main character is cute girl, witch can't communicate with people, then she makes friends.
Differences:
Komi is very popular girl in school, while Bocchi is not. Komi makes friends with girls and boys, Bocchi only with girls. Bocchi the Rock has genre "Music", Komi is not.

If you like comedic slice of life with introverted MCs then you can't go wrong with these masterpieces
Both "Komi can't communicate" and "Bocchi the Rock!" have similar MCs. Main characters are extremely socially anxious but just want to make new friends and fit in. We see the MCs friends helping them out with their struggles and helping them find a sense of belonging.
