The MC reincarnates into a new body in a family that has the same profession as the MC had in his previous life.
In Sekai Saikou the MC is an expert assassin and in his new life, he gets the mission to assassinate the hero.
In Isekai Yakkyoku, the MC is a doctor and an expert in the medical field, and he sets it upon himself to improve medicine in this fantasy world.
Both shows give me similar vibes in how they introduce the characters, and how they react upon reaching the new world, living a life as the son of an aristocrat.

Assassins vs pharmacists, other than that pretty much very similar. With how competent the father is at his job and how strict he is with son and his training (starting from like age 4).
Just like Lugh used to be an assassin in previous life, so did Farma as a pharmacist.
Lotte the maid is similar to Tarte with how loyal they are to MC, albeit their personalities are different.
Characters and personalities and story is different and Isekai Yakkyoku is more light hearted and much better imo.
both MCs are reincarnated as a child in the royal family and have maid, teacher, & perks at their disposal. Before being reincarnated, they both had the same skill set in their field as a doctor (Isekai Yakkyoku) & assassin (Ansatsu Kizoku), and they took their skills to the next life.
