Theme is reincarnation. MC is born with high specs and work towards a goal of destroying certain entities while recruiting a harem full of baddies to fight for his cause.
Both anime show a super-powered MC in an isekai. The MC is an assassin who uses magic and swords.
Both have a harem of waifu who are also assassins.
Both have an OP MC recruiting a group of girls to follow him in order to destroy an evil organization. A difference would be that Sekai Saikou no Ansatsusha is better written, while Kage no Jitsuryokusha is more irony poisoned.

Mc is very similar, both have same spirit and ideals and faithful girls by their side
