Both Main Characthers have a strong desire to do what is morally right and will try to save as many people as possible, even if they have to risk their own lives to do it.

Something about these two shows reminds me of the other. In Toaru they talk about brain pathways and the nervous system, personal realities, for espers, and how magicians brains are different from theirs. The systems all though very different made me think of Reality Marbles and Magic Circuits (pseudo nervous system) from Fate/stay night. Also Touma Kamijou and Shirou Emiya are both people that go out of their way to help others. Other people in both shows also notice that their behaviour isn't normal.

Essentially, the stories are quite similar however, imo Fate Stay Night is the superior story.
Kamijou Touma is essentially Emiya Shirou, but more underwhelming.
Misaka Mikoto basically share the same tsundere archetype as Tohsaka Rin, which I don't mind her character, I think her character was very well done.
Accelerator is a better version of Gilgamesh, op but Accelerator has a wild personality which makes him stand out more.
