The Supernatural aspect of both anime is quite unique. Though they aren't similar, but you will definitely feel some slice vibe with both of this anime.
in both the anime the main character is immortal and goes on a long journey in search of something good, even the pink sky which we see here is pretty similar to that of mushishi
