Magical, romance, fantasies with red haired heroines and good looking male leads.
Their plots are very similar: a red haired girl with a strong and determined personality meets a hero who is a prince/earl, the hero hires the girl and their love begins.
In Akagami the heroine is a herbalist while in Hakushaku the heroine is a fairy doctor.
The settings and time are also pretty similar: around 1700-1800, towns full of happy people.
