Well, Kenshin is a lot more violent and it's more realistic (in battling scenes and all) than Ranma. Ranma doesn't have that much of a serious atmosphere as Kenshin has, it has more cheerful scenes. They both have interesting long battles, cute lover quarrels and stubborn girl characters. I'm definitely sure you'll love Ranma as well! (^_^)
