Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei

the endless 8 ark in Haruhi goes back in time in each episode and Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei (or Tatami Galaxy) goes back in time in each episode both for a silly reason that the main character forgot to do something
in Haruhi no yuuutsu there aren't many changes but in Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei most of the episode is different
they also both give you that de ja vue feeling

The lead character/narrator enters a time recursion for an extended period (multiple episodes) with some repeating scenes.
Both main characters (as well as the viewers...) have to endure loops and repetition over and over again due to there is something that they haven't been able to achieve. Both shows are also centered in a school clubs that wants to fill their rosy youth free times with fun activities, but there's something that prevents them to advance to future and stays in repetition.
- Repeating storylines albeit in different ways (the difference between each ep. is more, probably too subtle in Haruhi).
- Similar themes of fate/destiny.
- Snarky male protagonists.
Tatami Galaxy is definitely the more artistically accomplished of the two and is very dense in terms of dialogue/fine-detail; whereas Endless Eight is more chilled out and simple.
I'm referring to the Endless Eight arc of Haruhi on this recommendation.
Both have their main character stuck in an endless loop where they have to figure out how to get out of it. They both have repeated scenes too (Haruhi doing it way more than The Tatami Galaxy) that gives you the deja-vu feeling.
