Both are hiding some interesting twists in the story and having no sugar-coating for drastic moments. Meanwhile Chainsaw Man is more mystical, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is more technical, yet both of those pieces are trying to give you some good vibe and action with the building tragedy in the background.
Similarly action-packed, dark and gorey in addition to an interesting plot and charismatic characters.
