Both shows are romantic comedies with male main characters who happen to look 'different' and a bit scary. They also have a love interest, a cute girl. Both stories have lots of situational comedy. Main characters are quite likeable and resemble each other. Toradora has a bit more drive and story, while Ore Monogatari!! has lots of awkward funny romance
similarity's: Main character is seen as different, characters have specific tropes, good romance.
Difference's in toradora: characters develop out of their tropes, story extending over multiple episodes, much longer romantic development (takes many episodes not just 2).

If you liked Toradora, you'll definitely love Ore Monogatari!! It's another romantic comedy with lots of fun characters. The main characters are similar in the fact that they aren't technically your typical shoujo hero, but that's what gives these animes their own unique flair. You're in for a barrel of laughs and heartwarming moments from both of these animes.
Teen comedic love stories with a peculiar twist on their characters: on one side we've got a huge gorilla-like man with a gentle heart, and on the other, a tiny hellish girl who recurs to violence before asking any questions. These two are long anime with a focus on friendship and the good and bad aspects of love, and with a great dose of funny situations.
