Both animes are about the relationship between two high schoolers who are total opposites of each other that learn of the other's secret.
Both series are heavily focused on romance. They also involve a certain type of relationship`s descriptions in which some things left untold and viewer should catch them by himself. Although Hori-san to Miyamura-kun is short OVA (just 3 episodes), it`s still pretty sweet and touching anime, as well as Toradora. Also, for me lead girls in these series both got interesting personalities.
As Toradora and romance anime fan, i really enjoyed Hori-san to Miyamura-kun, and i think that other romance fans could find this anime really appealing.
