These two series may not be everyone's cup of tea, as the ideas behind them are definitely out there. The main characters are also not the nicest people, but one of the draws is that the main character is an anti-hero rather than an anti-hero. That, in turn, leaves the issue of the ideas being out there, but if one series out there concept appeals to a viewer, the others may not.

Both anime's protagonist is rotten to the core, but fights for a proper cause and gains allies on their journey.
Both anime feature charismatic Anti-hero protagonists who utilizes underhanded schemes and manipulation to achieve victory. Both shows have a similar style of humor.

In Sentouin, Hakenshimasu!, the protagonist is somewhat of a trickster but ultimately a good person, adding an enjoyable duality to the anime. The character's development gradually reveals that despite his villainous tendencies, he also possesses a compassionate side, making him a genuine person who makes mistakes and learns. I see a similar character development theme in Meikyuu Black Company, but this time with a more corporate twist rather than the adventure aspect found in Sentouin, Hakenshimasu!.

Both feature a main character with an arguably morally despicable mindset, making them act as a sort of "bad guy". The series both don't take themselves too seriously, and provide some good comedy along with the supporting cast. Speaking of those, both shows have a loli sidekick to the main character, who are both pretty great.
Both Mcs play a little dirty tho I think the Black Company
s mc is alot more respectable
Both deal with isekias and evil organizations, and the mc being apart of that organization both with alterior motives
both have a similar comedy style
