So "juicy" with each of their own independent, horrific presentations that the audience can't help but chuckle, and be overwhelmingly astonished at it.
Both are examples of "so bad, it's good" anime, and found both of them to be hilarious in their own ways. Whether it is animation, sound or plot, they are not to be taken seriously. Not one bit.
Their essential difference is that Hametsu's comedy is totally unintentional, whereas Inferno Cop is meant to be such.
