Both shows have a main relationship between a kouhai and her senpai. Uzaki-chan is set in a closer relationship to a high school, a college, while Senpaiga presents a more mature tone both in adult characters and by performing in a work environment. Both shows have a soft touch of romance and comedy is a strong point. They're not exactly the same anime, but they're worth comparing.
There is a similarity in the 2 anime. Like a girl makes a troublesome and so fun with the main character. And there is only 1 difference. That's it a size 🗿
