Ongaku Shoujo is about two girls doing girly things and crying about music while Appaga Piryohae is about a wolf dad taking care of a kid and other strange beings
they have absolutely nothing in common except for the fact that they are well made short films
Appaga is shorter and more simple than Ongaku but if you like short films and maybe even want to make one yourself you should watch these two/this one for inspiration
