I feel like Tenki no Ko and Natsume Yūjinchō have some things in common. Natsume Takeshi being an orphan who can see yōkai, and has more yōkai friends then human ones. As a child, Natsume was ostracized by the other kids because they didn't believe him. As a teen, Natsume mostly keeps his ability to see yōkai secret.
