Isekai, Harem and slavery. Isekai Meikyuu is much more faithful to the slavery aspect, by actually indulging and exploring the concept, Kaifuku Jutsushi is more brainwashing. Both are at a similar degree of ecchi, and greatly animates those scenes. Kaifuku Jutsushi has much more purpose and drive in its story, whilst Isekai Meikyuu us fine being more laid back and SoL
