Both anime feature a survival game and fanservice.
The amount of fanservice however, is completely different in the two anime. xD

These animes are different but similar. First the most noticeable similarity are they are both battle royales. Even though Sekirei is a ecchi, harem, and more romance like feel they both have romace. In both series the contestants often fight with someone rather it's a partner or a group of underlings. If ecchi/harem isn't your most hated genre then give Sekirei a try if you liked Mirai Nikki or at least liked it's battle royale.
