Both shows are extremely similar in nearly every aspect from the characters, to the laid-back procedural vibe. Both shows are character driven and comedic.

Two isekai anime with an OP MC reincarnated into their RPG-esque worlds after their irl death.
Their characters live for a long time in both and end up becoming renowned to others in both settings, even being dubbed as witches too.
Rather than it being a stereotypical journey of growing up and defeating some demon lord or something, both anime are more centered around enjoying a good life.
Slime seems to center more on the chemistry of female x female interactions with a slight 'harem' in some sense with the MC encountering friends who become family. Whereas Leadale, the MC already has a family but through different means

Both are isekai, both MC characters are OP female witches, both are slice of life adventures mixed with the classic absurdly powerful MC bits of fighting.
Most importantly, both are classic examples of slow pace, slice-of-life enjoy your new life shows.
Both shows feature a blonde overpowered witch trying their best to lead a slow life. The shows both focus more on the cuteness and comedic aspect rather than action
Both feature OP Female MCs that got reincarnated in another world. The setting and premise of the both stories are very similar, or at least give off similar vibes.
Again, OP MC and pair that with the isekai genre and you have another very similar show to watch.
