If I could describe the two MCs in modern terms, it would be something along the lines of "gigachad". Demon Academy and Healer both follow two insanely overpowered protagonists who build their own harems, going out of their way to just straight up destroy anyone who does anything they disagree with.
Demon Academy is 1000 times calmer than Healer, with Demon Academy following Anos finding out who changed his past. Healer being a revenge story that knows of no limits in any sense, so much so people got upset by it.
