Jump. Id: Invaded and WEP both have this theme of jumping into this disorderly illogical world as something along the lines of a profession, in the name of reaching this ultimate goal set for them.
Id:Invaded does this with individuals jumping into the Id of criminals to solve mysteries. WEP does this with a group of girls jumping into a paranormal distorted world for the sake of defeating evil creatures for their friends.
Both are pretty good psychological anime that do their bit in delivering as efficiently as possible in exploring quite a deep world.

Interesting main character who solves mystery and helps people solve problem in an interesting way, they goes to an empty world where they need to solve something to get out of it.
The difference are that Id:Invaded focuses more to its mystery, it also involves more characters in the anime unlike Wonder egg priority.
It may seem unsual to compare these two at first, however, there are numerous similarities between the two when it is fully discerned.
The two is smilar in terms of their ambience and setting wherein utilizing the idea of alternate simulated reality which influences how the actors and viewers think. Yes, you read that right, VIEWERS; for these series changed the way I see things. Although they are confusing at first but when you really dwell yourself towards it then you will see what it really wants to show.
The only difference is that the one is Mystery/Sci-Fi while the other is Fantasy, if you like
