when a shrine gets destroyed a deity/god gets thrown in to a human like body and ends up staying with a guy. as you could expect things dont goes easy for the guy his childhood friend gets jealous and a relationship starts to form between him and the deity/god thats more than that of just friends
In both animes there are gods.Those gods appeared after their seals were broken by some young kids.Both gods and their companions have to exterminate evil spirits :P.
