Kannagi and Noragami deal with Gods that inhabit in a modern world.
The God from both series possesses a mischievous personality but deep down does care about others. Nonetheless, they cause mischief among their communities. Throughout both series, we learn more about their character as they take on task/missions with their own accords. There is a decent amount of comedy, drama, and emotional appeal to both series.
