Being both isekai series where the main characters get reincarnated and hold their memories of the past life in Japan, another similarity I find is the story pacing thus far. Also both main characters are more skilled in magic than the rest of the cast and they end up adventuring around various places of the new world.
Seirei gensouki is literally mushoku tensei with somewhat lower production quality and a author who is less passionate about selling perversion to audience. Both are isekai with deals with from slice of life adventure storyline with heavy ecchi harem themes. Mushoku tensei is bit deeper and unironically serious about its themes, while seirei gensouki is a bit shallower and ironically funny about it themes. Seirei gensouki's protagonist is serious accidental pervert type making it more digestible, while mushoku tensei's protagonist is straight up kinky at many levels, making it less appealing. Having the same isekai genre, having the main character have the same type of death in a previous life (having an accident), having arduous training to become stronger (in a magical world), not too op, has harem better than Mushoku Tensei.
Similar isekai anime with memories transferred. And similarly tries to grow more powerful. Similarly has innate magic powers from the beginning.
