Both anime feature a girl getting Isekaid, and using her knowledge and technology from the previous (earth) life in order to make money in the new world.
Difference is that in Bookworm Myne is permanentely Isekaid, while in 80k gold Mitsuha didn't die and can jump back and forth between worlds.
Both main characters come to new world and introduce the world to new earth items. Bookworm is much more focused on the slow realistic progression whereas Retirement is focused on the wow factor. Both are great series!
Both involve the MC being transported into another world.
Both slowly introduce technology from the modern world to their current world, with causes tsunmai-sized shockwaves across their current world
