Protagonists are using the virtual world to meet/help a person who's unavailable in the real world. Their quests both have plenty of adventures, heartwarming and heartbreaking moments. The overall tone is different though: Null Peta leans towards childish comedy at least in its first half, Hello World is more dramatic/realistic.
