They both give off the same feeling and both have the dystopian setting. There is this element of magic and general injustice.
Both shows have a similar energy, music and vibe. They are both fantastical in bizarre and creative ways. They share unique and proactive protagonists and characters that have an air of mistery around them.

Post-apocalyptic anime where there is a class divide among people. Both are simultaneously a bit wacky but also dark. They both have mushroom lore and comically large mushrooms that grow and destroy things.

similar atmospheres and chaos, dorohedoro is more chaotic and sabikui bisco is more crazy. both got great animation and music, post apocalyptic, blend of really well drawn art as well as cgi.
Both shows are interesting gritty post-apocalyptic dystopias, with a hefty dose of batshit-crazy. They also both have a notable focus on mushrooms, and make you question if the author was doing shrooms as well.
