Overall both anime are very similar. The main difference is that Gleipnir have way more ecchi moments than Darwins Game.

Is similar to Darwin's Game in the point of this anime is about of a survival in a paralel dimension but in the same time have a connection with the real world.
The main charecter is quite and a little bit disconnected but in unroll of the story him personality changes most because of other charecter. This two go work together to survive in this different reality.

Both have that same story plot where it involves a simple guy whose life was change when he get's himself involve in a fight for his life situation where the only way out was to either fight or die. It also has the same female MC who has a rather very sadistic side.

They're both gory anime in which some enemies end up becoming allies/friends
Similarities:
1. The same character plot where it has Shundere guy to Sadodere girl.
2. The same story plot where guy got himself in a situation where life or dead is the name of the game.
3. The same level of antagonist that the 2 MC have to deal.
Dissimilarities:
1. Setting in one anime was more like a cyberpunk theme while the other one is more like monster battle kind of theme.
2. One anime has the MC have a team while the other one only involves the 2 of them against other enemies.

Life or death battles. Supernatural abilities aiding as so. Both accompanied by a crazy psycho girl, who contradicts their ideal of not killing others.

They both have a similar set with powers and such, with the main character making new friends to achieve his goal, or get what they want, etc.
In both of them the MC goes through a development getting stronger and understanding his power with the help of other, there are cool scenes in both of them and they are worth to watch if you like the other.
