Both are isekai Both have the supposed villain as their protagonists

The similarity is too great! Both protagonists got reincarnated as noble villain ladies. Both have played an otome game in their previous life and are ironicaly playing and experiencing the villain character from the game themselves. The comedy that they are trying to avoid the upcoming red flags are hilarious in their own way.

> both main characters get reborn as the villainess in a game > the stories are generally speaking extremely funny > main characters are somewhat different but at the same time loveable in their own ways > romance > Akuyaku Reijou nano de Last Boss wo Kattemimashita is a little fast paced but it is still enjoyable

These shows are cut from the same cloth. Woman gets reincarnated into the villainess and tries to stop her fate, she ends up gathering a harem in the process. The biggest difference is that "My Next Life as the Villainess" doesn't focus as much on romance, as the main character is totally oblivious to her many suitors, instead focusing on life skills and friendship.

Both reincarnated into their favorite otome game where they are the villainess and there is no good ending for them. Hence, they need to navigate carefully inorder to prevent the bad ending

Both Main leads are reincarnated as a villainess in a game world they both played in their previous lives. Both rack their brains out to figure out how to avoid their "predestined fates". Both get engaged to someone of royal lineage Differences: One has demons involved whereas the other has dark magic involved near the end One MFL is naive but that somehow saves her in certain situations The other MFL uses her wit, intellect & charm to win others over... (Sorry using a tablet to type all this makes it difficult for me to type the full name of both & I don't think I should   read more

In the both anime, our heroin is reborn as a villainess in a games world where she has to change her fate or she will die! Each drama has strong female lead and the setup is kind of like a reverse harem. In the both drama heroine has to fight against time to change her fate. So, I think both dramas have a similar plot.
