Same thing here, survival game, mirai nikkie is just less gory, almost the same story line but in mirai nikkie you can become God
Both are incredibly violent and tell the tale of a boy forced into a game where he must fight and kill for his survival.

Very similar themes of rape, violence, and a game of survival. Neither are for the fain-of-heart though.
