Obviously, in both anime the characters have trouble studying. Besides that both anime are generic teen romance anime with some comedy. Differences are that in Midara Ao most of the comedy is ecchi, while on the other hand Bokutachi is a harem.
Is it really coincidence that there are 2 anime with pretty much the same name airing during the same season, or does Japan just lack creativity?
