Very similar vibe. Plot progression, but a lot of filler slice of life episodes. Very cozy atmosphere and wholesome content
The similarities between the two series are uncanny. if you like one, the other is a must-watch.
- Plot: Both main characters have the same secret, yet they must hide it from each other (espionage works in the case of Spy x Family, and love for the other in the case of Kaguya).
- Main characters: blond-haired blue-eyed genius tsundere male, black-haired crimson-eyed genius yandere female, and pink-haired in-between best-girl made of pure chaos.
- Genre: Romantic, comedy, with a touch of action and psychology.
Main couples are constantly in a chain of mind games and deceiving (with no real bad intentions), mains characters are constantly analysing the most common situations or being over dramatic about them, I'd say SxF have a lot more action than Kaguya giving the obvious circumstances one is about normal teenagers going to school the other about a family with double identites that sometimes find themselves in dangerous or intense situations

Both very fast-passed stories about finding and discovering love even when the poeple/characters don't want it.
Spy x family about the love of found family from people you wouldn't expect and also some won't admit it and Kaguya sama: love is war about the love of people who wont admit it.

Lots of mind games. Hilarious reactions and interactions between characters. Peak comedy with interesting amounts of action sprinkled here and there. Both have superb animation, music, and voice acting.

Both character hides secret from another.
Both are very funny comedy with romantic subtext. Both have similar jokes and overall humor. Also two of them base their humor mostly on hidden intents of a characters and how they try to keep them in secret.

They have similar style of story telling, with a lot of comedy and similar level of absurdity. There are hypothetical scenes which play out in a character's mind, with lots of exaggeration. Also, the art is kind of similar. Loid looks a lot like Shirogame, and Yor kinda looks like Kaguya.
The genre might be different but they really are identical , they have like secret war going on which focus on their skills of handling situations , spy x family has a lot of good examples in the anime but is an off topic and mainly not in story but in kaguya sama , it is like the main plot of the godamn show , no spoilers but they have identical personality character but because of the story line , they think really different so you should give it a try , your 24x2(12) (season 1 and 2 combines) = 576 minutes won't be wasted

Both deal with a love story built on false premises between a sharp girl with black hair and red eyes and a haughty man with blond hair and blue eyes, with a cute pink haired third wheel whose obliviousness both pushes along and halts the budding relationship in equal parts. Kaguya-sama has the same focus on goofy antics, short gags, and fake-psychological battles that Spy x Family does, and the same themes of found family and blossoming love.
