Araburu Kisetsu no Otome-domo yo.

A study of the first romantic and intimate experience from the point of view of a young girl, a gentle and unhurried narration, an attempt to make standard anime archetypes more realistic and lively. The main difference is that Agatte Kimi ni Naru is shoujo ai and refers to relationships in a more cold-realistic tone.

Both have an interesting take to explain 'love' in their own perspective. Araburu tends to relate love with sexual desires, while Bloom Into You uses love as an expression of one toward the other.

Both shows have light, beautiful artstyles and wonderful soundtracks. They also have well-rounded and complex main characters as well as a decent and realistic supporting cast. Both shows take a look at love and really dig into how different people view it, and what that does to their development.
Bloom Into You is focussed on one relationship in particular, while Araburu intertwined its story between several relationships (some healthy, some not). I truly both animes to anyone who's looking for an insightful view on teenage romance.
