Both Hitoribocchi and Akebi's Sailor Uniform have a female mc who doesn't have any friends but want to make friends in a new middle school.And both of them make contact with a similar blonde character.Thus the adventure begins of adjusting to the new school and making many friends.Hitoribocchi is more of a relaxed comedy anime without great visuals but worth the watch.
Since it's all girl school, it also have the same vibe as both MC in these anime. Engaging with new people in their life to make new friends and lead to fun school anime.

Both Bocchi and Akebi have similar objectives: To be friends of lots of people (100 for Akebi, all the class for Bocchi). They also have a close group of three friends but get along with the rest (also Touko and Aru share VA)

Both are SoL anime featuring a character who comes to a new school with no friends at the start. They socialize with others and slowly form friendships with their classmate.
