Both male mc are rebirth in another fantasy world
Slowly building a guild/ family/ town for them selves

both have very similar plot progression
-Both are isekai/reincarnation animes where MCs are reborn in a fantasy world after their death.
-Both have strong MCs whom built a kingdom/village where different species of monsters can take refuge and live happily.
Both male MCs are transported to another world after dying. They also get some cheat skills/powers making them pretty powerful in what they are doing. The main similarity is town/farm development from scratch, populated with various race from monsters to elves.
1) Both are reincarnation animes
2) Both have strong main characters, but Farming's isn't as OP as Tensei's.
3) Both have a nice supporting cast where everyone gets along
4) Both have the Main characters become leaders pf a place where monsters/demi humans can take refuge and rest in. So, politicking and diplomacy are common.

Both have the Isekai'd MC start off normally, but eventually grow in both stature and power over time. The worldbuilding for both is impressive, but TenSura is more focused on conflict and action than Nonbiri Nouka, which is more mellow and tame. Both also have great comedy, and a large cast of characters that eventually join forces with the MC and their kingdoms over time
