Both are comedy shows about a stoic MC who "friend-zones" a female who his interested in him.
I think romance fans will love both, similar art and animation. Different genres though, shoujo romance vs shounen romance which means badass dream male MC vs the typical oblivious shounen male prototype we all know/hate.
Love and Comedy. That's reason why we watch these kind of animes. Both female main characters are in love with the male main character and they will do anything to be with them. With that in mind, "Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun" is an anime that main love story with little sidestories really funny.
